Ведущий конференции про мозг Mindcon.online (2024, 2025). Выступал с докладом новой методики обучения в онлайне на международном форуме EdCrunch (2020). Участник сообщества инноваторов Visionclub (t.me/vcglobal).
Создал медиа-проект «Шонов говорит» (t.me/edtechhacker). Начинался как канал про образовательные технологии в эпоху ковида, теперь это лайф-контент и личная рефлексия о жизни и работе в эпоху ИИ-агентов.
Помогаю развивать команду Masters Triathlon Team (masterstriathlon.ru) — спортсменов 60+, которые популяризируют здоровый образ жизни через триатлон: предоставляю аналитику по показателям на соревнованиях. Для меня это живое доказательство, что возраст — не ограничение, а контекст для новых достижений.
Верю в peer-to-peer обучение как инструмент роста человеческого капитала. Исследовал эту модель на базе School 42 / School 21, теперь внедряю этот подход в сообщество agetech.

Creator of the media project "Shonov Speaks" (t.me/edtechhacker). It started as a channel about edtech in the COVID era; now it's life content and personal reflections on life and work in the age of AI agents.
I help develop the Masters Triathlon Team (masterstriathlon.ru) — athletes 60+ who promote healthy living through triathlon — by providing analytics on their health and performance indicators at competitions. For me, this is living proof that age is not a limitation, but a context for new achievements.
